April 28, 2018 - April 29, 2018

RFMBA encourages all mountain bikers to take advantage of the following training opportunity!  Many RFMBA Board Members have already taken this step, join us! Click through to RFOV.org to learn more!

RFOV Crew Leaders play a key role in helping volunteers successfully complete trail stewardship & other volunteer projects to sustainable standards while making sure everyone has a great volunteer experience.  If you think you have what it takes, we want you on the leadership team!

In this two-day program, you’ll learn how to:

■  Build and maintain sustainable trails in different types of terrain.
■  Safely and effectively use a variety of tools.
■  Lead a crew of five to eight volunteers to complete a portion of a project.
■  Ensure that your crew’s work is completed to the highest standard.
■  Ensure that your crew has a great time and enjoys a rewarding experience.

Remember, all of your volunteer trail efforts earn you another chance to win a brand new Cima RT-5!  This prize is valued at $4,000 and brought to you thanks to our friends at Ute City Cycles!
