Join us for another evening on the new Buck Down trail on the Crown! This is our third dig party to build the new downhill only trail parallel to the Buckhorn Trail. Started in early June, this trail is a little over halfway done and we need your help in getting it closer to complete!
We will be accessing this project from the Glassier OS Trailhead parking area by mountain bike. If you make it to the parking lot by 4:30pm we’ll roll out together at 4:45pm, ride 3.75 miles (~520 feet of vert) to the bottom of the site and walk another 5-10 minutes to the exact work zone. You can also ride in from anywhere at any time between 4:30pm and 8:00pm and we’ll put you to work! We’ll provide all of the tools onsite. Bring water and a snack or two. We will provide pizza and drinks at the end of the day at the Glassier OS Trailhead parking lot.
